I have since done the Gallup Strengths performance coach programme and have done some really great work with individuals and teams with the methodology. I like your site and the vibe it has. I am fairly isolated in my practice and is searching for some connections to work with. My focus has been a bit on a youth development compnay we are starting but I miss consulting and seeing that I am a good facilitator, coach and people relations consultant, i might be a valuable associate.
