with great attention to detail.
I am the HR and Operations manager, putting those awfully anal retentive characteristics of mine into practice. Someone has got to keep the creative Avos grounded!
Avo allows you to create your own experience. It is a space that takes you out of your comfort zone and breaks habit and rigidity. The people - just check out the amazing people on the site - now you know why I am so stoked to play and work with such awesome human beings!
