Hi i’m one of the Avo Tadpoles, a student at UJ. I am involved in all areas of the business, helping all the Avo’s where needed. Wonderful opportunity to see how a business operates from all angles.
Adaptability, responsibility, harmony, achiever and empathy are my five key strengths. Quite an unusual combination.
I love being involved in anything creative, so Avo is a great space for me.
Best of all I get to work with my mom, Matchy.
Purpose
Building and delivering training solutions that empower people with skills and insight to make better choices and live bigger lives. Being brave enough to take on the challenges at a scale that makes a significant impact in SA and beyond

The potential of our tadpoles… watch this space..we have the cream of the crop. Despite being a brand new tadpole I certainly have a sense that with you I am safe. I just know that you understand what AVO is. I look forward to a wonderfully long and happy working relationship with you .
Tazzy it has been wonderful to watch you grow in the Avo space, a big thank you to Jeanette for giving you the opportunity to show what you do best. The end result was proof of the fun you had executing the task. I know how hard it has been for you to find your space at Avo, and I admire you for your adaptability. To be given the opportunity to work at Avo is a great privalege, make the most of every minute and just enjoy. I am very proud of you. MM
