It was so beautifully written by Tho Garrun! One of my old clients Maria Beffon, has just recently had to resign from a very senior exec position at National Brands because she and the FD just got married. There isn't really a paradigm that has set up a positive spin on couples working together: the dominant logic is that it can't be a good thing, and powerful potential partnerships are dissolved, just because of a prevailing paradigm! (you gotta LOVE the alliteration of that!) Well, so far at Avo, we're loving it - and Grant and I have been working together for almost 10 years already!
