Working with the Avos

Dear Avos

I have just finished working on a project with you guys - and it has been an extraordinary experience. As a freelancer, I have worked with a diverse range of people and organisations - big, small, corporate, non-profit, government, non-government and several that defy categorisation. I have worked on learning design, materials development, research , writing, training and facilitation for these organisations.

I have given all this CV type information to persuade you all that I�m not a naivet� or a Jilly-come-lately and with all these years and variety of work experience I have never had as rewarding, constructive and learning an experience as I have had with the Avo team and associates.

The level of trust, the degree of delegation, focused feedback, the abundant warmth and the depth of creative co-operation have blown me away and taught me an enormous amount. And you extended all this to a newcomer! WOW!

It has been such a pleasure and a great privilege to have been part of such a unique team.

And I got paid for the experience!

What a delightful blogg Jill. At avo we have just got so used to what we have in our team that we have forgotten to be grateful for the enormous talent we have .Your blogg was a reminder of all that we have to be grateful for in this team.

Jill and the team, thank you!!. You gave me a wake up call as to what it is I love doing. Jill with your skill you were able to identify and then more importantly, put into words- just why I love working with our team! It is the synergy, it is the dedication, it is the love of what we do and it is the trust that we all will do our utmost to achieve what we have promised and then some.
I think we did that superbly. Well done!
Jill you are no longer an associate but an avo in my book.
