It’s about Avo helping Deyshan Deysel project manage her climb of Mount Everest next year, and the similarities between the world of extreme athletes and corporate athletes.

It covers Deyshan’s experience as a climber and how preparation techniques such as focusing your thoughts, contingency planning and having a healthy body and mind, are all things that are also applicable, from Jules’ experience, for those in the corporate environment.
