When words and feelings are shared or spoken to you by people who care and yet they seem alien and foreign. When you know you must speak yet choose not too,when you desire your own company and find sfaety and security with yourself and that my dear heart is what loosing a much loved parent is about. Yes it is unreal, yes it is pushing you to the limit at the moment, yes you will feel like your going slightly mad or in my case quite mad...but it is good and it is okay to feel that way and people will understand and when you choose to heal aws only you know how..you will get better one tiny step at a time.
