STOP IT !!!!!!!STOP IT...it was easier when we had a nice authoritarian style of leadership, now you want this whole business of servant leadership... JUST STOP IT!!!! That aside know that I will keep them focused on those two all important days of the year ! I am thinking a monthly reminder till November and thereafter I will switch to weekly and once December hits say twice a week and after the 15th babe we looking at daily !No fear partner, no fear! Iam so on top of the situation...like a rash !
