THe former being the gooshy, gushy, fluffy (ok overdoing it abit) Avo way and the latter ... well other businesses, like ah ... real businesses. Vanessa brings both sides and will help us into the next space that we'll be going. She's fantastic at seeing the best in others, their postive side, she truly knows how to empathise and is just really really optimistic. But she also has her head firmly ground in the business stuff, processes, methodologies and of course she brings phenomenal training experience. So all in all is a perfect avo fit. WHATCH this space.
