Yes it has been a hectic year, No Kidding, and you have achieved fantastic things, learnt so much and grown humungously. In so many ways you have stretched yourself and really pushed the limits you may say you have come full circle I'm just seeing an upward spiral. But ... yes there is always a but ... sometimes that spiral is too fast too upward and too hectic that perhaps a little of Elaine gets lost on the way, or left behind somewhere, so during this Christmas break give yourself a chance to regenerate and be. I think of you often, admire you and sometimes wonder if youre ok ... so here it is for you a big hug and kiss and lots of love. WE NEED TO DO COFFEE, yes it is written in capital letters.
