					<description>Grant, how is it you can make a person feel envious for not being in the hard slog of rigour. Thanks for reminding us that we will ALWAYS learn from the toughest challenges. I applaud you once again for giving of your utmost, because to me it is obvious that the rigour is as much about what you are putting in as much as what is expected of you.
