Thanks very much to Avo, Tshepo and Maria for putting the idea forward!
Location: Moyos Zoo Lake.
Those attending: Tshepo, Nomsa, Dinah, Kayla, Maria, Klaas and Douglas.

It all started when Tshepo overheard Maria saying that she had never eaten at a restaurant before and she was trying to phone Zola-7 to find a way to go to a restaurant. Tshepo thought “We don’t need Zola-7 to go to a restaurant!” and kindly offered to be her Zola-7. The ball started rolling and eventually a whole lot of Avos were in on the deal, due to the wonderful sponsor of AVO!
We all met at the Avo home and drove together with Klaas and Tshepo, When we got there we sat outside at this beautiful restaurant under the trees with our faces painted like African warriors and queens, the weather was warm and sunny, what a perfect day.
Then food was served in a buffet style; pap, chicken, beef ribs, fish, breads, fruit salad, custard and the list goes on. Not to mention the beer! Conversation flowed at about the same rate as the beer, and we spoke about food and the different varieties. After lunch we took a walk around the lake, it was so beautiful!
Thank you so much to Avo and all the people involved for giving us this perfect day.
