Liam I think i understand a little bit about anger deep inside. I also battle with it in my own way. What Sandy says about there being a dark and light side is important. I know that when I sit with the Dark side its so difficult to see the other, and find the light again. Often, for me, people will not see the Dark because my outside looks fine, and its a good thing they can't see the inside, not very pretty. Doing something with my hands like metal work or clay sculpting helps me to get out again. And for you its writing the words down in a flowing way that makes sense to you, and fantastic because it helps others think as well, and perhaps get them to understand their own dark and light better.
