It think the Grade 12 are so ignorant because they don’t take the studies so serious they think they will get jobs without their matric certificates. and yet they expect companies to give Corporate training.they are very few that go to university specially in the town ships.Corporate training is good when you are ready to learn and get some experience not for the sake of getting money.
You’re right, Thuli - I think the big wide world is a huge wake-up call for them when they leave school!
