					<description>Rae, that is so well summed up! It is motivating to know that, now more than ever our material is so vital to keep companies relevant, making sure that their teams are lean and mean and ready for the tough times. A lot of people pull training in tough times, but that is when they need it more. Fuel those speed-boats! 

I am going to follow on with a blog I wrote a while back but never posted. I know I need to have a plan of action to keep myself focused on the goals. It is great to have wonderful inspiring sales meetings and create a policy going forward, the next step is to implement it and keep it real! It is easy to loose focus when we loose momentum. I have learned a lot about keeping the momentum and staying focused in the Footprint Space! 

So here's to keeping focused and business critical.</description>
