Grant trains SAB team leaders
Published by yojules June 18th, 2009 in GeneralIn light of the previous article, I thought I’d post some ‘hot off the press’ client feedback on a new Team Leader programme that we ran for SAB last week. We were teaching SAB team leaders to practice what we preach. Just take a look at what they said…
The course was brilliant and informative- The world revolves around me! The right mind set, emotional intelligence will spin positive energy to those around and back! thanks
- Awesome, marvelous
- The material was very informative and very useful in my daily engagement with people
- It has been an eye opening course which allowed me to reflect on aspects of my personality
- World class leadership course
- The course made me do some introspection, I have now realized that everything starts with me.
- An eye opener into my personality and my team’s personalities. Useful course in managing people and dealing with people in general
- The trainer was able to effectively engage each and every one of us without making us feel inferior to the other. Every opinion mattered and was used effectively
Captivating, awesome and engaging - Great to learn with my peers!!
Well done Grant

Nice work Grant!
Hey Grant, I think you’ve made us all proud and I hope you’re proud of yourself too. I’ve had the privilege of working on this material with you and it’s an amazing, content rich course. well done & thank you for the kudos.
Well done Grant! You are an incredible trainer and we are so privileged to have you on our team. Its tough trying to find dates for you though when people only want Grant to do their training! There are only 365 days in the year!
Beautiful work Grant… wish I could have seen you in action. Sounds like the learners had life changing experiences. What a wonderful feeling!
Hey there Grant. As I said in the e-mail I sent you, this was no ordinary achievement. You put an enormous amount of care into structuring a learning journey that would deeply impact on the team leaders and practically affect their ability to manage.
Most impressive was the fluid yet structured way you chose to train it. As trainers we often get stuck with the style of training which holds us and makes us feel safe. It seemed that you took some risks to be more focused on the embedding of skills throughout the four days. This is truely masterful work on your part.
I hope you have been celebrating non-stop! I hope that you have framed these comments and tattooed them on your heart!
Well done. Respect Dude. Respect.
