As I said in the e-mail I sent you, this was no ordinary achievement. You put an enormous amount of care into structuring a learning journey that would deeply impact on the team leaders and practically affect their ability to manage. Most impressive was the fluid yet structured way you chose to train it. As trainers we often get stuck with the style of training which holds us and makes us feel safe. It seemed that you took some risks to be more focused on the embedding of skills throughout the four days. This is truely masterful work on your part. I hope you have been celebrating non-stop!
